I love Green Smoothies. Just last night I had one for dinner as well as breakfast. I enjoy a green smoothie almost every day; on the days I don't drink them I love having these Overnight Oats.
These Overnight Oats is the perfect breakfast b/c they are filling, delicious, and quick to make. I mean, it takes you 5 minutes to make the night before. Throw the jar in the fridge and then grab it as you are walking out the door the next morning.
Most definitely make these Overnight Oats if you are looking for a quick and healthy breakfast recipe, (or lunch b/c I've totally had these for lunch at school, it's just as easy and healthy of a lunch).
All in all, a healthy, quick, and easy breakfast sounds great to me; it really can't get much better than that.
